August is a spotted mammoth donkey colt out of our jennet June and Judah.  Gus’s dam June is 15.2hh and his sire Judah is 15hh  so he will mature to a nice height for riding, and he has the bloodlines and disposition to make him an excellent breeding jack.  June is the most gorgeous spotted mammoth jenny we have ever seen and we would be keeping this boy if we didn’t already retain his full brother from last year.  Gus is a medicine hat jack and his color and pattern is absolutely gorgeous.  He will definitely throw some spotted mules or donkeys and would be an excellent herdsire for a breeding program. He was imprinted at birth and has been handled extensively. He will be registered by weaning. His dam, June, has an impeccable conformation and disposition, and she is a fantastic mother. We would consider selling the two of them together.  

We screen all potential buyers to make sure our foals go to excellent homes and look for buyers with mule and/or foal experience that can provide an excellent and committed home. We ask for a $1,000 non-refundable deposit due to change of heart to hold a foal until weaning and the foal’s balance must be paid within 60 days unless another payment plan has been arranged.
