Thunder was sired by D.M’s Cherokee Witch Doctor who was named one of the top 5 sires in the breed in 2017. Just like his sire Cherokee he is blue-eyed and homozygous tobiano so he will throw a spotted foal 100% of the time. His color genetics are Ee Aa TT so he can throw nearly any color spotted foal depending on the mare’s color genetics. He is already just shy of 15hh as a 2 year old so this boy will definitely be tall like his sire who stands at 16.1hh. His dam is one of our sweetest mares SureLuck’s April Flower. He has been handled since birth and loves people. He is beautifully marked and naturally gaited. He has the most striking blue eyes imaginable and everyone that meets him comments on how gorgeous he is. We would love to see this boy in a breeding program but we are open to him being a gelding as well in the right home. He has awesome genetics, he is gold papered, with notables names like Zane Grey and Missouri Traveler. He has a great disposition and will be very easy to start under saddle. He is absolutely stunning and if we needed another stallion we would be keeping him ourselves.
